Shipping Policy
Demeter Organics ships all orders via USPS. Customers purchasing an order of $150 or more qualify for free shipping. This can be applied using the coupon code FREESHIPPING upon checkout.
1. Shipping Rates & Costs
As it stands, Demeter Organics currently only offers Standard Domestic Shipping to all states within the US except for Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Please see clause #3 below for more information on CBD product legalities.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Getting your package to you promptly is a priority for us. As such, all packages will ship out within 3-5 business days of receiving your order for domestic standard shipping. You will receive a tracking number whenever your order ships. Please note that transit times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by third party carriers, including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
3. Shipping Restrictions
CBD products that are THC free and derived from cannabis must be legal in your area in order for us to fulfill and ship your order to you. By ordering our products, you are acknowledging that you are of 21 years if age or older, and that you live in a state or province that does not have an active ban on CBD products, including Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota. 4. Missing or Lost Packages
Demeter Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however we do want to assist customers to recover these packages if possible. To report a package missing, please first contact USPS following these steps. Should USPS be unable to assist you, please send us an email at shop@demeter-organics.com or fill out the Refunds & Exchanges Form at the bottom of our Return Policy page. We will do our best to work with you. Your satisfaction is important to us!
